“As part of Singapore’s efforts to build the cybersecurity talent pipeline, CSA has worked with industry partners to develop the SG Cyber Women (#SGCyberWomen) initiative, a targeted initiative to leverage on the under-represented talent pool by encouraging more females, from as young as pre-tertiary education age, to join the cybersecurity profession.
Under the initiative, CSA will coordinate and support the community’s efforts from outreach to skills development, to achieve the following objectives:
• Engage women through education and community engagement
• Develop their professional skillsets through learning and training
• Advance their cybersecurity career through support and inspiration”
