Company Description
Silence Laboratories, a privacy technology and infrastructure company based in Singapore, provides algorithms and product suites using distributed computation and authorisation technologies, particularly multi-party computation (MPC).
Silence Laboratories (SL) boasts one of the fastest threshold signatures and authorization libraries in production, safeguarding digital assets worth billions. SL’s libraries and infrastructure enable enterprises to collaborate on data without transferring it to a trusted party, thereby opening avenues for monetisation and the development of innovative products. With partners across various sectors including finance, digital assets, and data industries, SL is creating a data-sharing and computation ecosystem where consent and privacy-preserving analysis are mathematically coupled, ensuring compliance and security. SL is a preferred choice by enterprises owing to its developer-friendly libraries and application-agnostic privacy-preserving collaboration tools.
Product Description
Businesses want to offer personalised products and services to their customers, leveraging as much data and insights on them as possible. However, more often than not, data of a customer is scattered across multiple companies, including competitors. The challenge lies in collaboration on this siloed data, which is restricted due to competition between businesses, and rising privacy regulations.
Using deep-tech cryptographic infrastructures based on Multi-Party Computation (MPC), Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), and Zero Knowledge Proofs (ZkP), our product allows analytics to be performed on distributed datasets, without ever moving/exposing the data, or trusting any third party for processing it, ensuring “encryption of data in use”. It mathematically guarantees computation that never invades a customer’s privacy, yet unlocks a plethora of insights and offerings for the customers. Additionally, the product introduces verifiable consent for computation using a programmable and auditable link between consent and compute.
