Company Description

Established in 2005, THINKSECURE® PTE LTD (ThinkSECURE™) operates 3 separate cybersecurity-related lines of business. These are (in alphabetical order) : Education, R&D/Software and Services.

===== EDUCATION =====
ThinkSECURE™ is the premier certification body in Asia for advanced, intensively practical and hands-on technical cybersecurity certifications and training courses. ThinkSECURE’s international certifications and training courses address the fundamental question: “Who Trains The Cybersecurity Practitioners?”

ThinkSECURE's cybersecurity certification exams are hands-on lab-based exams with negative marking. This means that certification candidates must obtain undertake and execute practical techniques, actions and command entries against real-world target infrastructure in order to be able to answer the certification exam questions, and wrong answers cause point deduction to reflect the negative impact wrong decisions have in real-world situations. Using this superior format of testing ensures that:
– only candidates who demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge in a practical manner can get certified.
– pretenders who only know how to memorize facts are stopped from attaining and devaluing the certification.
– the investment that candidates and their employers make in getting certified is safeguarded.
– employers can identify that a technical cybersecurity practitioner who is ThinkSECURE-certified is more likely to be able to apply knowledge and handle pressure because he took a practical lab-based exam and not just a theory-based Multiple-Choice-Question one.
– the cybersecurity industry is provided with a pool of technical cybersecurity practitioners who are considerably more capable and self-motivated.

===== RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D) / SOFTWARE =====
ThinkSECURE™ has an active R&D/Software department which feeds into its certification programmes and augments its extensive experience in creating cybersecurity certifications and courses. Our R&D/Software department has been instrumental in releasing featured cybersecurity software such as the OSWA-Assistant™, MoocherHunter™, STIF and Probemapper™, some of which have been used by law enforcement and in legal cases, such as :

===== SERVICES =====
ThinkSECURE™ provides specialized vendor-neutral penetration-testing and incident-response services since 2005 for both local and international clients, serving both private-sector and government-related organizations.

Many organizations who require wired, wireless, web- and mobile-application security testing have engaged ThinkSECURE to take advantage of its employees' technical skills in executing the security-testing component of their large projects and many become repeat customers thereafter.

Additionally, ThinkSECURE's staff often act as the penetration-test-executors for a main contractor's project, performing their work behind the scenes. As security-testing and incident-response services are highly sensitive,

ThinkSECURE practices a no-name-dropping marketing policy with respect to its Services-specific clientele, regardless of whether a NDA is signed or not. After all, if someone is willing to name-drop their previous clients' names just to get your business, then what do you think will happen after you become their client?
