We are focused in markets around Southeast Asia. Particularly Indonesia and Singapore (where we are based).
What is your competitive advantage/unique selling point: We focus on actual behavioral change to build an organization's human firewall, be it a corporate or an educational institution. We do this by engaging the ens user with customized content based on the feedback of SEA's top CISOs, nudging them based on specific behavioral triggers which reinforce our concepts via gamification , and measuring that improvement via our ethical hacking dashboards. Further, our content is curated based on the feedback from SEA's top CTOs and CISOs.

Market Gaps:
1. Content not covering specific cybersecurity regulations and needs while operating in a fast changing landscape within Southeast Asia.
We have content specialists who look into adapting cybersecurity awareness training content for each individual market. In terms of user segment, we have a current focus looking at serving the awareness training needs for future digital native student audiences. Our team recognises that this is a social issue with great value to educate everyone starting from the school system.
We have an in house team focused on creating engaging animated content serving schools with students aged 6-18 years old.

2. Lack of automated nudges and monitoring of behavioural change. Existing solutions do not provide a seamless experience that informs or guide company administrators and the learners on the next steps after running a training or phishing simulation. We aim to make this experience available so it takes less effort to manage a tool like TrueSafe.
