Dr. Chen Binbin is currently an Associate Professor in the Information Systems Technology and Design (ISTD) pillar at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). He also serves as the Deputy Director for the Future Communications Research and Development Programme (FCP), Singapore.

Prior to joining SUTD, Binbin was a Principal Research Scientist at Advanced Digital Sciences Center (ADSC), University of Illinois. He got his PhD from National University of Singapore and Bachelor from Peking University, both in Computer Science.
